Let's Get Out Together! Chapter Summertime Splash Events Begin June 26th!

Illinois Chapter member receives DuPage Library System award!

Deborah Buschmann of the BP Research Library in Warrenville was recognized by DuPage Library System on May 18th with the Support Staff Award, one of only three awards given by the system as part of their "DLS Day" celebration each year. SLA Illinois Chapter would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Debbie for receiving this award for her 35-year tenure as the "face of library services" at the main desk in the BP Library, as well as for representing the "specials" of the system so well.

Adding Financial Robustness to Our November 6th Workshop



As you already know, we are collaborating with our local library systems to host an all-day symposium on November 6th of this year entitled, "Innovate, Create, Succeed" - We have fabulous, fun speaking engagements planned to ensure that this will be a fun and interactive day for all attendees.
